Custom Orders

All custom work is created based on the specifications, designs, measurements, or instructions provided by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of custom work:

• All custom orders are final sale.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items.

Revisions & Corrections

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order:

• We will gladly redo or revise the work if the final product does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

• Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Proof (photos and description of the issue) may be required.

Please note:

• Revisions apply only to errors that differ from the original agreed design.

• Changes requested after approval of final design/mockup may be subject to additional charges.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Minor variations in color, texture, or size that are inherent in custom work
